Prerequisites
Before you get started, make sure you have a few things handy. You don’t want to get halfway through and realize you’re missing something important!
- Your Samsung phone that’s locked with FRP.

- If you can still access your data, back it up before you start.
These steps should work on most Samsung phones running Android 5.1 and up. The security feature (FRP) is there to protect your phone, but it can become a big frustration if you’re locked out of your own device. Let’s fix that!
Google Account Recovery for FRP Bypass
If you’ve forgotten your Google account info, don’t worry! Google offers a way to recover your account so you can get back into your phone.
Start with Google’s Recovery Page
On the FRP lock screen, click “Forgot Email” or “Forgot Password”. This will take you to Google’s account recovery page.
Verify Your Account
Enter your backup email or phone number. Google will send you a code—once you get it, type it in.
Reset Your Password
After verifying, Google will ask you to create a new password. Do that, then return to your phone and log in with your updated account details.

FRP Bypass Using Google Voice Typing
If you can’t remember your Google account credentials, there’s another option. Did you know you can use your voice to bypass the lock?
Open Google Voice Typing
When you’re on the FRP screen, tap on the text field to bring up the keyboard. Then, press the microphone icon to enable voice typing.
Speak Your Credentials
Just say your Google email and password aloud. Google will type it in for you.
Finish Verification
Once your information is typed, tap Verify to sign in and get back into your phone.
FRP Bypass with Google Find My Device
If your Google account is still connected to your locked phone, you can use another device to fix the problem remotely.
Use Find My Device
On another device, go to the Google Find My Device website or app and log in with the same Google account.
Choose Erase Device
Select your Samsung device from the list, then click Erase Device. This will wipe your phone’s data and remove the FRP lock.
Set Up Again
After erasing, restart your phone and set it up as if it’s brand new. Now you can access it without the FRP lock.
FRP Bypass via Hard Reset
Sometimes, a hard reset is the easiest way to get back into your phone. But be aware—this will erase all your data.
Enter Recovery Mode
Turn off your phone. Press and hold Volume Up + Power until the Samsung logo appears.
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Use the volume buttons to scroll to Wipe data/factory reset, then press the Power button to confirm.
Reboot and Start Fresh
Once the reset is done, reboot your phone and start setting it up again.
Using Google Keyboard for FRP Bypass
This method is a bit trickier, but if you can’t recover your account, it’s worth trying. It uses the Google keyboard to access the settings menu and bypass the FRP lock.
Open the Keyboard Settings
At the FRP screen, tap the text field to bring up the keyboard. Hold down the @ symbol until the keyboard settings appear.
Access the Settings Menu
In the keyboard settings, tap Help & Feedback, then search for Settings. From there, you can access the phone’s settings.
Enable Developer Options
Go to About Phone, then tap Build Number seven times to enable Developer Options. Once you’re there, turn on OEM Unlocking and restart your device.
